Terms of Service
These terms apply to all translation and interpreting services provided by World of Translation, a service of Moyo Services LLC, based in Michigan, USA. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Our Services
We provide certified document translation and interpreter services. Every document translation includes a signed certification of accuracy and notarization at no extra charge. Translations are performed by qualified human translators.
2. Quotes, Word Counts & Pricing
Pricing is per page, and one page covers up to 250 words of the source document. When you upload a document, we provide an estimated price based on an initial word count. We then verify the exact count before work begins. If our verified count differs from the estimate, we will contact you and confirm the final price with you before charging anything beyond your original total. You will always know your exact price before we begin.
3. Payment
Full payment is required at checkout to reserve your place in our queue and begin work. We verify the exact word count after your document is uploaded; if the verified count differs from your estimate, we will contact you and confirm the final price with you before charging anything beyond your original total.
4. Refund Policy — All Sales Final
All payments are non-refundable once translation work has begun. Because translation is a custom, made-to-order service performed by a human professional, payments cannot be refunded after work on your document has started.
If you cancel before work has begun, contact us at worldoftranslationservices@gmail.com and we will cancel your order and refund your payment, less any payment-processing fees.
Instead of refunds, we stand behind our work with free corrections: see Section 7.
5. Turnaround Times
Turnaround options (such as Rush — 1 business day, Standard — 3 business days, Economy — 5 business days) are measured in business days and begin once your payment is received and your word count is verified. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by illegible source documents, delayed customer responses, or third-party services such as shipping carriers.
6. Certification, Notarization & Acceptance
Every translation includes a signed certification of accuracy and notarization. While our certified translations are prepared to meet the requirements of U.S. agencies and institutions, each receiving organization sets its own requirements, and we cannot guarantee acceptance by any specific third party. It is your responsibility to confirm the requirements of the organization receiving your documents before ordering. If a translation is declined due to a formatting or certification issue on our end, we will correct and re-issue it at no charge.
7. Revisions & Corrections
If your completed translation contains a translation error, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will correct it free of charge. Corrections cover errors in translation, spelling of names as provided by you, dates, and numbers. Changes to the source document, added content, or preference-based rewording after delivery are treated as new work and quoted separately.
8. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing legible, complete source documents; for the accuracy of the source content; and for confirming the correct spelling of all names exactly as they should appear (for example, as spelled on a passport). We translate what the document says — we cannot alter, add, or omit information from an official document.
9. Confidentiality
Your documents are treated as confidential. We use them only to provide your translation, share them only with the professionals working on your order, and never sell or disclose them to outside parties except as required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Moyo Services LLC for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including costs arising from a third party's decision regarding your documents.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
