World of Translation, a service of Moyo Services LLC (Michigan, USA), takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

1. What We Collect

When you request a quote or place an order, we collect your name and contact details (email address and, if you provide it, phone number), the documents you upload for translation, your language and turnaround selections, and payment information processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.

2. How We Use It

We use your information for one purpose: providing your translation. That means reviewing your documents, verifying word counts, preparing and certifying your translation, communicating with you about your order, and processing payment. We do not sell your information, use your documents for anything other than your order, or send marketing you didn't ask for.

3. Your Documents

Documents you upload are treated as confidential. They are shared only with the professionals working on your translation and the service providers listed below, and are deleted from our processing systems once your order is complete and any correction window has passed. If you'd like your documents deleted sooner, email us and we will confirm the deletion.

4. Service Providers We Rely On

Like most small businesses, we use trusted providers to operate: Shopify hosts our store and processes checkout; Forminit receives and stores your uploaded documents and order details so we can retrieve them; Google (Gmail) handles our email. Each provider processes your data only to perform its service for us and is bound by its own privacy and security commitments.

5. Cookies & Analytics

Our store uses the cookies Shopify requires to operate (such as keeping your cart working). We do not run advertising trackers.

6. How Long We Keep Information

Order records (who ordered what, and when) are kept for our accounting and legal obligations. Uploaded documents are deleted as described in Section 3. Emails are retained as part of our normal correspondence.

7. Your Rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we're legally required to keep). Email us and we'll respond within a few business days.

8. Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
